Cognitive Science Student Society of McGill University

A Cognitive Science Student Society is in the works; we are hoping to achieve official status under BASiC by next year, and it couldn’t come sooner.  The disadvantage of Cognitive Science is that we have no department, and no faculty, and we can hardly expect to get love from the Student Affairs Office, so we’ve got to wing this one on our own.

We have already met to discuss the issues, and there are all kinds of ideas of things we can do to improve the quality of our program.  To see some of the ideas people are talking about, or participate in the discussion, or check meeting times, check out our wiki above.

If you have ideas, or suggestions, or want to help out, or can make a web page better than this one, or have any questions that I could answer or that I should find the answer to, you should email me; I’ll be glad to hear from you.  There’s not many of us, so we’ve got to work together.
